If you were to ask what 70 lbs of happiness looked like we'd have to show you a picture of Finn. This 3-4 year old American Bulldog is simply one happy fellow. 

In April of 2013, someone lifted and dropped Finn over our front fence one night while no one was at the rescue. Unaware that Finn was inside the fence, a staff worker received quite a surprise when he was greeted by this rather large Bulldog. But from that introduction to now, Finn has proven himself to be a very friendly fellow. 

Finn get along great with other dogs, both big and small. He even seems to change his level of play depending on the size of the dog that he is interacting with. He can rough house with the bigger fellows and be a gentle giant with the smaller ones. While not aggressive, Finn will stand his ground if and when challenged by an alpha dog. He does sem to be a bit protective of his food around other dogs so we'd recommend feeding his separate from other dogs. 

Since coming to SoCo Rescue, Finn has been neutered and received all of his vaccinations. His heart worm test revealed that he was free of such and he's been on a monthly preventative since that time. He will receive a micro-chip at the time of his adoption. Finn has been house primarily as an outside dog but should be easy to house train.
