Festus is a funny and polite little man with big soulful eyes and a wiry coat. He most likely is a Dandie Dinmont Terrier mix - perhaps with a little Wire-haired Dachshund - and a roly polly body that makes him irresistible! He is a quiet, loving dog who enjoys snuggle time with his favorite humans.
