In June 2022, Daisy was very close to going into labor when she wandered onto the property of a very kindhearted senior lady. Given refuge by the lady, Daisy was able to safely and comfortably have and nurse her pups. Once the pups had started to become mobile, we relocated  Daisy and her litter to the home of a former breeder who had offered to foster mom and pups. After her pups had been adopted into loving homes, Daisy remained at the foster home to regain her health and to undergo treatment for her heartworms, which has now been completed.  

Daisy quickly became known as one of the friendliest dogs that we've ever known. She loves snuggling up with people, enjoys the company of other dogs and even gets along great with the cats at the foster home. It doesn't take long for anyone to fall completely in love with this plump, affectionate girl who always seems to have a big smile on her face. Daisy has the type of personality that makes her trustworthy around anyone, even young children. She is the ideal family companion.

Daisy has since been spayed and kept up to date with her annual vaccinations, de-wormings and monthly preventatives. Daisy has shown great house training ability but may need additional training once in a new home.
