***Kerri is scheduled to attend our adoption event at Rosedale Mills (Pennington, NJ) over the March 6-8 weekend. While Kerri can be pre-adopted now, she'll be ready to go to her new home on March 6.***

Kerri and her siblings came to our rescue as owner surrenders. When they first arrived, they were very unsure of how to act around people, being a bit timid due to the lack of human interaction with their former owner. The owner once bred "squirrel" dogs, what the locals call the Jack Russell breed of dogs, but these four are definitely a mix and were "useless" to him as they would not hunt. 

Besides being the smallest, about half the size as her biggest sister, Kerri is also the friendliest. She quickly overcame any apprehension of people upon her arrival at SoCo and let us know she's the one to come see if we ever needed a puppy hug or kiss! Her little under bite only adds to her cuteness and she knows just how to win your heart in an instant.

Kerri has been spayed, de-wormed, treated against parasites and started on her monthly flea/tick and heartworm preventatives. We started administering her "puppy" vaccines and will have received 2/3 of them by the time she is adopted. A microchip will accompany her adoption as well.
