***Kelso is scheduled to attend our adoption event at Rosedale Mills (Pennington, NJ) over the March 6-8 weekend. While Kelso can be pre-adopted now, they'll be ready to go to their new home on March 6.***

Kelso and his siblings came to our rescue as owner surrenders. When they first arrived, they were very unsure of how to act around people, being a bit timid due to the lack of human interaction with their former owner. The owner once bred "squirrel" dogs, what the locals call the Jack Russell breed of dogs, but these four are definitely a mix and were "useless" to him as they would not hunt. While he remains a little shy, Kelso now enjoys his interaction with people.

Kelso is the "middle-of-the-pack" pup among his siblings as he is calm and a little shy but still enjoys the affection he receives. He's neither the alpha or extremely submissive and seems to be very happy just being in the middle of the pecking order. Kelso is very people friendly, never showing any aggressive behavior at all. And to add to his wonderful personality, Kelso has a very cute under bite

Kelso has been neutered, de-wormed, treated against parasites and started on his monthly flea/tick and heartworm preventatives. We started administering his "puppy" vaccines and will have received 2/3 of them by the time he is adopted. A microchip will accompany his adoption as well.
