This litter will be at our 2/7-2/9 adoption event at Rosedale Mills in Pennington, NJ.
Our SoCo staff named the pups after holiday sweets because "the pups are sooo sweet!" (Cane, Chip, Chocolate, Cinnamon, CoCo, Coconut, Cookie & Cream)
After receiving a call from a woman about a stray that had delivered a litter of pups in an abandoned, rusty old barn, we knew that we had to act fast to keep them all safe. But being very limited on space, finding a safe place for mom and her eight babies was the first step in saving this family of dogs. Luckily, one of our wonderful foster homes immediately stepped up and we were able to rescue all nine of these dogs.
Since arriving at their foster home, all the pups have flourished and become well socialized towards people. They all are playful, friendly and appear to be in excellent health despite their rough beginning to life. While they'll need their basic training to master such things as house training, leash walking, etc, we believe these pups will master those traits rather quickly.
Cane has now received
all of his first year puppy vaccines, been de-wormed, treated against parasites and started on is monthly preventatives. Cane's adopter must agree to having him neutered once he reaches six months of age and provide proof of such to our rescue. A microchip will accompany the adoption.
