UPDATE: Edie has been adopted!!! Eddie is a delightful Rat Terrier who is about 1 year old. He is playful with other small dogs and enjoys snuggling with his humans. He has an adorable tear-drop black spot right in the center of his head. He's comical, smart and very eager to please. Eddie is only 14 inches head to toe and weighs under 15 lbs.
