Kaydo came to our rescue as an owner surrender, being among the 19 dogs and puppies that SoCo was asked to find new homes for after their owner was served with an eviction notice. Kaydo was one of his former owner's "favorites" and once you spend a little time with him, you'll see why the owner felt that way!

Despite obviously having a hard life, Kaydo remains a very people friendly dog. He also is friendly to most other dogs, especially the females, despite having been attacked by a pack of dogs sometime prior to coming to our rescue. In that attack, Kaydo not only suffered having his left ear ripped in two, his right ear was bitten completely off. His hearing seems fine but his ears will require regular cleanings. 

The scars that show on Kaydo's body do not define who he is, you won't find too many dogs as affectionate and loyal as Kaydo. He can be very calm at times, others he just wants to play! 

Kaydo has lived and enjoys being both indoors and outdoors. We're not sure how well house trained he is so any potential adopters must be willing to provide additional training, if needed. Kaydo has been fully vetted, kept on his monthly preventatives and recently completed his heartworm treatments.
