Little Kelly is just two years old but those years have been rough. She is a Flood dog. She was found with another female Shih Tzu, Kay, Who is a few years older. Both were in terrible condition matted with feces and debris.  After several baths they smell so much better but still have some recovery ahead. They've been traumatized but their  loving nature is coming out day by day. No young children since they are still gaining confidence. They need a fenced in yard because they are is not yet leash trained.  They are bonded and will only be adopted together.
