**Eleanor will be available for adoption at Rosedale Mills, in Pennington, NJ, over the Sept 8-10 weekend.**

A local woman found herself in a predicament and reluctantly had to surrender her beloved dog and her puppies. We have already found a home for the mom dog and now the puppies are ready to find their new homes. From that litter of Dachshund/Chihuahua mix pups comes Eleanor.

Mazie, the pup's mom, was approx 20 lbs full grown, had a very sweet nature about her and her pups seem to be following in her footsteps in regards to size and personality.

Among the litter, Eleanor seems to be the most reserved. She's not timid, in fact she's well socialized towards people, she's just not the "leader of the pack" type. Regardless, her friendly personality will capture your heart and have you thinking of adding another member to your family. 

Eleanor has now received all of her first year puppy vaccines, Bordetello and rabies vaccinations. She's been wormed, treated against parasites and tapeworms as a precautionary measure and started on her monthly flea/tick and heart worm preventatives. Her adopter will have to agree to having her spay at 6 months of age and providing proof of such to our rescue.
