**Carrie will be available for adoption at Rosedale Mills over the Sept 8-10 weekend.**

When a woman decided it was best to surrender her adult male and a female Dachshunds to our rescue, neither she or SoCo had any idea that the female was pregnant. From that litter came our three little female Dachshund pups, including Carrie.  

Carrie is a little bundle of joy that will capture your heart in a second. She’s been well socialized towards people and has been simply wonderful when interacting with other pups her size.  

As of Aug 24, Carrie has received 2/3 of her first year puppy vaccinations, bordetella vaccine, been wormed and treated against parasites as a precautionary measure. Born on June 19, she’s still a few weeks away from being at the minimal age to receive her rabies vaccine (minimum age: 12 weeks). Her adopter must agree to have her spay at 6 months of age and provide proof of such to SoCo Rescue.
